Meetings are a great way to bring artists & customers together to discuss designs, important topics, & ideas, and make decisions. Scheduling meetings can help ensure the artist & customer is on the same page and that all necessary information is shared.
We have released our new feature for scheduling meetings for both artists and customers.
Follow the steps below to schedule a meeting:
Login to your account - https://seller.bookanartist.co/ or Mobile App.
Click on the calendar icon.
3. Fill in the details such as title/duration/location/description.
4. Click on the "Add Google Meet Video Conferencing" button to generate a Google Meet link also there is a copy icon by which you can copy the link.
4. Once the meeting is scheduled you will get this pop-up.
5. A confirmation message containing the meeting link will be sent to you via chat and email.
Note: The customer can also schedule a meeting from their end, and you will get a notification both in the chat and email once the customer schedules a meeting with you.
