Payment Tracking System is a seamless experience they provide to Artist for tracking and managing the payments by monitoring the process and by increase transparency of how the payment is reached to Artist. It allows us to keep track of the status of each customer's payments, including information on the date and time for which the payment is done.
Once a customer makes their payment, the artist can track the payment by following below steps:
Login into your artist panel/Mobile app - https://seller.bookanartist.co/
Click on 'Orders & Enquiries'.
Open the order conversation for which you want to track the payment.
Go to the offers section.
The offer on which you have received payment you will find the hyper link for Payment Tracking.
Click on the Track payment and a pop up is displayed where you can see all the details.
If payment is on hold, it shows the details as below with estimated date and time :
1.Paid By Customer : When the customer has made the payment, the payment instruction is displayed here for which the payment is done.
2.Customer Payment in Book An Artist Pay (escrow) : Now the payment is in Book an artist (escrow) till the customer releases the payment.
3.Amount received by Book An Artist : Book An Artist bank has received the payment amount.
4.Payment sent to Artist's bank account via Stripe : Once the customer releases the payment, Book An Artist will sent the payment to artist's bank account via stripe.
If payment is released, it shows the details as below with estimated date and time :
1.Paid By Customer : When the customer has made the payment, the payment instruction is displayed here for which the payment is done.
2.Customer Released Payment : Customer has released the payment to book an artist.
3.Amount received by Book An Artist : Book An Artist bank has received the payment amount.
4.Payment sent to Artist's bank account via Stripe : As the customer has released the payment, Book An Artist has sent the payment to artist's bank account via stripe.
