Introduction:

To maintain a clean inbox and protect against malicious messages, various spam-fighting methods are available. If you're not receiving emails from specific senders, check your spam folder for those messages and mark them as "not spam" if found there. Afterward, you can add (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co) to your iCloud contacts and create a filter rule to act as your email whitelist.

Add an email address to your Apple iCloud whitelist or safe sender list:

To ensure important email messages avoid your iCloud email junk folder, add (contact@bookanartist.co, and notification@bookanartistmail.co) to your iCloud Contacts. If a desired email is already in your junk folder, you can use an option to train the iCloud spam filter not to send such messages there.

Add an iCloud Contact:

When you add (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co) to your contacts, it informs iCloud that you want to receive emails from that sender. While this method doesn't guarantee messages won't be sent to the junk folder, it increases the likelihood of the desired email arriving in your inbox.

To add an iCloud Contact:

1. Go to Contacts on iCloud.com.

2. Click the Add (+) button in the sidebar, then choose New Contact.

3. Enter information for the new contact, especially the contact's sending email address.

4. Select Done.

Mark email as not junk:

If a desired email lands in your junk folder, mark it as "not junk" to ensure future messages from the same sender go to your inbox.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 7 or later:

1. Open the Mail app.

2. Open the message in the Junk folder.

3. Tap the folder icon at the bottom.

4. Tap Inbox to move the message.

On your Mac:

1. Open the Mail app.

2. Select the desired message.

3. Click the Not Junk button in the Mail toolbar or drag the message to the Inbox in the sidebar.

At iCloud.com:

1. In Mail on iCloud.com, click the Junk folder in the sidebar (If you don't see the sidebar, see Show or Hide the sidebar in Mail on iCloud.com).

2. Select the message.

3. Click Not Junk in the notification bar at the top of the message window or drag the message to the Inbox in the sidebar.
