Introduction:

To maintain a clean inbox and protect against malicious messages, there are various spam-fighting methods available. If you're not receiving emails from certain senders, check your spam folder for those messages and mark them as "not spam" if found there. To prevent this issue in the future, you can add (contact@bookanartist.co, and notification@bookanartistmail.co) to your Gmail contacts and create a filter rule as your email whitelist.

Add an email address to your Outlook contact list or safe sender list:

Outlook.com is now the home for Hotmail, Live Mail, and other Microsoft email products for consumers. To prevent desired emails from going to the junk mail folder, you have two options. If an email is already in your junk folder, mark it as "not spam" to signal that you want to receive similar messages in the future. Alternatively, you can add (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co), or entire domains, to the safe sender list, ensuring they are never treated as junk email. Below are the detailed steps to perform these actions.

Safe Senders list:

By default, email addresses in your Outlook contacts are considered safe senders by the Junk Email Filter. However, you can change this setting to include or exclude specific senders from the safe senders list.

To add a sender to the Online (web) version of Outlook:

1. Sign in to your Outlook.com account from a computer.

2. Click on the Settings icon (gear icon) at the top-right corner.

3. Select "View all Outlook settings."

4. Choose "Mail" and then click on "Junk email."

5. Under the "Safe Senders and Domains" header, click "Add."

6. Enter the (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co) and press the [Enter] key on your keyboard.

7. Click "Save" at the bottom-right corner.

Check blocked senders and safe senders list:

If messages from a safe sender are still ending up in your junk folder, check the blocked senders list to ensure they are not mistakenly added.

1. Sign in to your Outlook.com email account.

2. Click on the Settings icon (gear icon) at the top-right corner.

3. Select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom.

4. Choose "Mail," and then click on "Junk email."

5. If you see the (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co) listed under the "Blocked senders and domains" header, click the "Remove" button (trash can) next to it to remove it from the list.

Mark a message as "not junk":

If a desired message is in your junk folder, you can mark it as not spam to move it to your inbox and train Outlook that you trust such messages.

1. Sign in to your Outlook.com (Live) account.

2. Go to the Junk Email folder and locate the missing email.

3. Right-click on the desired email and select "Mark as not junk." The message will be moved to your inbox automatically.
