Add an email address to your Yahoo Mail whitelist or safe sender list:

To ensure important email messages don't end up in your Yahoo email spam folder, add (contact@bookanartist.co, and notification@bookanartistmail.co) to your Yahoo Contacts. If a desired email is mistakenly in the spam folder, you can train the Yahoo spam filter not to send such messages there. If you're still not receiving emails from a specific sender, check your Yahoo email-blocked sender list.

Add a Yahoo Contact:

When you add (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co) to your contacts, Yahoo recognizes your preference to receive emails from these senders. It doesn't guarantee messages won't be sent to spam, but it improves the chances of the desired emails arriving in your inbox.

To add a contact from Yahoo Mail:

1. Click on the Contacts icon.

2. Select Add a new contact.

3. Enter the sender's information, especially (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co).

4. Click Save.

Unmark email as spam:

If a desired email message ends up in your spam folder, you can move it to your inbox and signal to Yahoo that you want similar emails there in the future. Keep in mind that this method doesn't guarantee all future messages from that sender won't go to spam, but it helps train Yahoo.

From a mobile browser:

1. Go to Yahoo Mail in your mobile device's web browser.

2. Tap the Sidebar menu icon.

3. Tap the Spam folder.

4. Select the desired email from the sender (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co).

5. Tap the Move icon.

6. Tap Inbox.

From a computer:

1. Go to Yahoo Mail on your computer's web browser.

2. Select the Spam folder (If you don't see the "Spam" folder, select More below the "Sent" folder).

3. Open the desired email from the sender (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co).

4. Select Not Spam at the top of the page, and the email will return to your Inbox.

Unblock an email address:

To unblock an email address in Yahoo Mail:

1. Select the Settings icon.

2. Click More Settings.

3. Choose Security and Privacy.

4. Hover over the email address (contact@bookanartist.co, notification@bookanartistmail.co), then select the Delete icon.

Note:

Using Yahoo Mail filters does not guarantee emails won't go to your spam folder. All emails go through the spam filter before passing through other filters.
