Reviews are often given to help others make better decisions in terms of sharing an experience or to reward for good performance. Here we get you the new design for the reviews page in mobile.
Follow the below steps to have a look at reviews in the mobile app:
Log in to the Mobile app.
Click on the More button.
Click on the reviews button.
Now you can see the reviews in below categories:
1. Total Review -- This shows the total number of reviews you have received from all the clients.
2. Average Rating -- This shows the average reviews by star rating.
3. Average Rating for
Ease and quality of communication -- This represents the average rating for the quality of communication with the client.
Completion and delivery timeframes -- This represents the average rating for the Completion and delivery timeline of the project with the client.
Quality of the artwork -- This represents the average rating for the quality of the work done on the project with the client.
Below this you can see the individual reviews/ratings of the client which are as below:
Client name
The date on which the review is given
Average Rating in stars and numbers
Order ID (If its order based review)
The review in words/text with attached image(if any)
