Within our platform, artists now have the capability to indicate their lack of interest in certain orders, providing a clear and transparent way to decline specific requests. This feature empowers artists to efficiently manage their workload, ensuring they can focus on projects that match their interests and availability.

Here's how artists can mark orders as 'Not Interested' or 'Archived':

  1. Login to the website.

  2. Open the conversation that you want to mark as 'Not Interested' or 'Archived.

  3. Click on "I am not interested in this lead" from the right section.

  4. Please specify the reason for marking it as 'Not Interested' or 'Archived.'

  5. Click on the "Not Interested" button.

To access the archived list, simply click on the three dots icon, and then select 'Archived List' from the dropdown menu. This will allow you to view the list of orders that have been marked 'Not Interested' or 'Archived'.

Note once the order is marked as 'Not Interested' or 'Archived', you cannot undo the changes and also perform any action related to this order.
