Artists should start the shipment of their artworks once they have received full payment.

Follow the below steps to have a organized workflow of canvas artworks:

  1. Finalizing the Design:

    • The first step is to work with the client to finalize the design of the artwork.

  2. Requesting Initial Payment:

    • After the design is finalized, the artist can request the client to make an initial payment or deposit. This payment is typically a percentage of the total project cost and serves as a commitment from the client to move forward.

  3. Starting the Project:

    • Once the client pays the initial deposit, the artist is now authorized to begin working on the project. This may involve creating the artwork.

  4. Completing the Project:

    • After the artist has finished the project, they need to inform the client about its completion.

  5. Clearing All Payments:

    • Once the client is satisfied with the completed project, it's time to settle all remaining payments. This includes the complete balances or fees that were agreed upon.

  6. Starting the Shipment:

    • If the client has cleared all payments, the artist can proceed with shipping the product to the client. This may involve packaging the item securely and arranging for its delivery to the specified address.

This process ensures a clear and organized workflow for both the artist and the client, with payments and project milestones clearly defined to maintain transparency and trust throughout the process.

Note: You will also receive the remainder from Book An Artist if the final payment is pending from the client's end.
