Artist - How to check customer has viewed your message?

Artists can keep track of their messages whether they have been opened and read by customers, allowing for better communication and follow-up as needed by following the steps outlined below:

  1. Login to the artist panel.

  2. Open the conversation for which you want to verify the message (read/unread).

  3. Hover over the icon which is located above the message.

  4. Now, you can check whether the client has opened the message or not.

Note: In the mobile app, it indicates with a single tick and a double tick.

Single tick- Message delivered

Double tick- Message Seen by customer
