Artist - Why my order is marked as Quiet Off-Platform?

Book An Artist has global operations and we are the only place where artists meet clients to pay commissions when the project goes through. We cherish this relationship with artists and run the business based on the commissions they bring to the platform.

'Quite Off-Platform Activity' - All client-facing interactions and discussions like site visits, phone calls, payments, or similar events, are categorized as off-platform activity/conversations.

How do I remove limits on Quite off-platform activity?

After an off-the-platform chat/activity, the conversation must continue on the Book An Artist chat so that the team can help out with jobs with full context when needed. If for any reason, the conversation is better without using the platform chat, you must use the artist panel to update details.

Follow the below steps to remove limits on Quite off-platform activity:

  1. Login into the artist panel.

  2. Open the conversation where the artist is marked as Quite Off-Platform.

  3. Click on the submit details button.

  4. Enter the required details and click on Submit details.

The Book An Artist automated system will review the details submitted to determine appropriate further actions.
