Minimum Rating: Artists are required to maintain a rating of 3 or above on the Book An Artist platform, indicating a satisfactory level of performance and customer satisfaction.
Jobs completed after Phone/Site Visits > 25%: For jobs involving phone calls and site visits conducted outside the platform, a success rate of 25% or greater is necessary to maintain eligibility.
No Red Flags: Any orders labeled with a red flag status warrant immediate attention and resolution. This protocol ensures that potential issues or concerns are promptly addressed, maintaining the smooth operation of the platform and ensuring customer satisfaction.
