Customers can now easily request a call with an artist by following these simple steps:
Login to the website.
Open the conversation where you would want to Request a callback from the artist.
Click on the "Request a Call back" button from the right side of the section.
Enter/Check the phone number and click on continue.
Click on the "Send invitation" button.
Now the artist will be notified of your request and contact you at their earliest convenience.
Important Notes:
For Canvas Orders, this feature is accessible only after payment.
We are blocking the request to call feature for buyers if the enquiry meets all the following conditions:
The enquiry is for Canvas, Sketch, or Portrait categories.
The budget is less than the minimum threshold, which is 1500 AUD or its equivalent in other currencies.
If the budget is in a different currency, it will be converted into AUD for comparison. For example:
1000 USD is converted to AUD and compared to 1500 AUD.
If the converted amount is less than 1500 AUD, the request a call feature will not be available.
This ensures that the feature is used appropriately based on the project budget.
