Now, the artist can download the videos and pictures from the conversation. This feature allows for easy access and saves time, enabling artists to quickly reference and use multimedia content for their projects. It streamlines the workflow, making it more efficient and convenient.
Follow the below steps to download the video or pic from the conversation:
Login to the Artist panel.
Open the conversation for which you want to download the video or pic.
Click on the "Click to view" which is beside the attachment.
Click on the "download" button.
(or)
Click on the 3 dots and click on the "download" button.
For mobile, click on the download icon and download the required attachment by taking action through the browser.
Steps to download a video from the Safari browser to your iPhone:
1. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen to open a list of options.
2. Scroll down and tap "Save to Files" to save the video to your device.
