On Book An Artist, maintaining communication within the platform is crucial for ensuring a seamless and secure experience for both artists and clients. To manage instances where sensitive information is shared, we have implemented a system to handle OTP (Off the Platform) orders. Below are the details on how this system works and what actions you need to take if your order is marked as OTP.
How OTP and QOTP Orders are Managed
Order Marked as OTP:
When an artist shares sensitive information, the order will be marked as OTP (Off the Platform).
This status indicates that sensitive information may have been shared outside the platform.
OTP Alert Notification:
After an order is marked as OTP, an alert will appear for that specific order after 24 hours.
This OTP alert is a reminder that if no further action is taken within the next 24 hours, the order will be marked as QOTP.
Preventing QOTP Status:
To avoid the order being marked as QOTP, click on the "Submit Details" button in the OTP alert notification.
The form submission is necessary to demonstrate that no sensitive information has been shared outside the platform.
System Review:
Once you submit the form, the system will review the details provided.
This review helps determine whether the order should remain on the platform or be marked as QOTP(Quite off the platform)
Important Reminders
Timely Response: It is important to respond to the OTP alert within 24 hours to prevent the order from being marked as QOTP.
Form Submission: Make sure to fill out the form completely and accurately to avoid any delays in the review process.
Stay on Platform: Keeping communication and transactions within the Book An Artist platform helps ensure the safety and security of all parties involved.
