We are excited to expand our artistic offerings with the introduction of a new Live Painting category. Artists can now add live painting images to their profiles to showcase their unique painting skills. This category includes various types of live paintings, with appropriate collections and mediums for artists to explore and share.
2. Handling OTP (Outside the Platform) Orders on Book An Artist
Maintaining communication within the platform is essential for providing a secure and seamless experience for both artists and clients. To manage situations where sensitive information is shared, we have implemented a system to handle OTP (Outside the Platform) orders. Below are details on how this system works and what actions are required if your order is marked as OTP.
Order Marked as OTP:
When sensitive information is shared by either artist/client, the order will be marked as OTP. This status indicates that sensitive information may have been communicated outside the platform.OTP Alert Notification:
After an order is marked as OTP, an alert will appear for that specific order within 24 hours.System Review:
Once you submit the required form, the system will review the details provided. This review helps determine whether the order should remain on the platform or be marked as QOTP(quite OTP).
3. Mobile App Job Filter Persistence
We are improving the mobile app experience by saving selected job filters in the Open Jobs section. Your chosen filters will now persist until you log out, making it easier to continue your search without needing to reset your preferences.
