We are excited to introduce a new functionality that allows clients to share their offers with faimily/accounts team for payment. This feature simplifies collaboration by letting clients quickly share offers via email, WhatsApp, or text message. Below are the steps to share an offer from both the Conversation and View Offer pages.
Steps to Share an Offer from the Conversation Page:
Click on the Share Icon: Navigate to the conversation page where the offer is displayed and click the share icon.
Choose Your Sharing Option: Select your preferred sharing method—email, WhatsApp, or text message or can copy the offer link.
Click on the Send Button: Once you've chosen your method, click the "Send" button to send the offer.
Steps to Share an Offer from the View Offer Page:
Navigate to the "View Offer" page.
Click the share icon and follow the same steps as above to share the offer with your colleagues.
This feature ensures that you can quickly and easily keep your team in the loop on ongoing offers, making collaboration smoother and more efficient.
