The schedule in the system is designed to provide a clear and detailed overview of activities and planned classes. Here is an explanation of the different elements:

1. All-day activities

  • Activities that last all day with no set start or end times, such as Open Gym, are shown as all-day.

  • This makes it easy to identify flexible activities that can be accessed at any time during the day.

2. Intervals

  • The calendar is divided into 5-minute intervals to ensure a manageable time structure.

  • This division helps to accurately plan and align time slots for activities.

3. Team Name

  • The name of each scheduled class is clearly displayed in the calendar, e.g.:

    • Open Gym

    • Yoga Flow

    • Cardio Blast

  • This makes it quick to identify the activities.

4. Time period for the team

  • Each class is shown with both start and end times, so you can get a clear overview of the duration.

  • Example: Yoga Flow: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM.
