The schedule in the system is designed to provide a clear and detailed overview of activities and scheduled classes. Here is an explanation of the different elements:

  1. All-day activities
Activities that last all day without fixed start or end times, such as Open Gym, are displayed as all-day.
This makes it easy to identify flexible activities that can be accessed at any time during the day.

  2. Time intervals
The calendar is divided into 5-minute intervals to ensure a manageable time structure.
This division helps with accurately planning and adjusting time slots for activities.

  3. Class names
The name of each scheduled class is clearly displayed in the calendar, for example:

    • Open Gym

    • Yoga Flow

    • Cardio Blast
This makes it quick to identify the activities.

  4. Class time slots
Each class is displayed with both start and end times, giving you a clear overview of the duration.
    Example: Yoga Flow: 10:00–11:30.
