To access and manage feedback from your members in the system:
Navigate to the Feedback list
Go to Dashboard.
Click Feedback from the menu.
Select List to see the list of all feedbacks.
Features in the Feedback list
Search: Use the search bar at the top to find feedback based on the member's name, activity, or date.
Columns:
Name: The name of the member who provided feedback.
Activity: The activity that the feedback relates to (e.g., WOD, Strength, Gymnastics).
Feedback: The detailed feedback provided by the member.
Created: The date when the feedback was created.
Tips for handling feedback
Read feedback regularly: Be sure to review the feedback to understand what's working well and where there may be room for improvement.
Take action on feedback: Use members' feedback to improve coaches' preparation, clarity of instructions, and other areas that can improve their experience.
Response to feedback: If applicable, you can provide responses or follow-up on the feedback to show that you take members' views seriously.
If the feedback list is empty
If the list is empty, it means that no feedback has been added yet. You can add feedback directly through the system once members have given their input.
