Follow this guide to navigate to and manage pay rates in the system.
Navigate to the pay rate list
Go to Dashboard.
Click on Staff in the menu.
Select Pay rates to see the overview of all pay rates.
Functions on the payroll
Search
Use the search bar at the top to find specific pay rates based on name, role, or other relevant information.
Columns
When the list contains data, the following columns will be available:
Name: Indicates the employee's name.
Role: Specifies the role to which the pay rate is associated (e.g., coach, receptionist).
Rate: Shows the set hourly wage or other agreed payment.
Valid from: Salary rate start date.
Valid until: End date of the pay rate (if applicable).
Page Display
Adjust the number of rows displayed per page by choosing from, for example, 10, 25, or 50 records at the bottom of the list.
Navigation Tips
If the list is empty, it means that no pay rates have been created yet.
To add a new pay rate, follow the instructions under "Create new pay rate".
