How to get here

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Memberships → Contingents.

  2. You are now on the Contingent Type List screen.

1. Browse the table

The table shows contingent types for the currently selected centre. By default only Active contingents are shown.

Name

The contingent name together with its cover image. Click the name to open the details page.

Publicly available

Whether the contingent is visible to the public (Yes or No).

Created

The date and time the contingent was created.

Available places

A status bar showing place availability (sold out, low, or available).

Frequency

The billing frequency (e.g. monthly, one-time).

2. Filter the list

Valid on

Optional. Select a date — only contingents valid on that date are shown.

Status

Optional. Select Active, Inactive, or Expired. Default is Active.

Publicly available

Optional. Select Yes, No, or All. Default is All.

Search

Optional. Type part of a contingent name to find it quickly.

When you change a filter, the table resets to page 1 and updates automatically. A results summary line appears below the toolbar showing active filters. Click X on a chip to remove it, or click Reset to clear all filters.

3. Sort the table

Click a column header to sort the table. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order. The sort preference is saved in the URL.

4. Pagination

Use the pagination controls at the bottom to switch pages or change rows per page. Toggle Compact mode on or off for more compact rows.

5. Row actions

Click the three-dots menu icon on the far right of a row:

View

Opens the details page for the contingent.

Edit

Opens the edit form for the contingent.

Purchase link

Generates a unique purchase link. A dialog appears with the link — click Copy to copy it to the clipboard.

Delete

Opens a confirmation dialog. If you confirm, the contingent is permanently removed.

You can also click anywhere on a row (outside the action menu) to open the details page.

6. Create a new contingent

Click New contingent in the top right corner to go to the contingent creation form.

7. Export to CSV

Open the popover menu in the toolbar and click Export. The system downloads a CSV file (result.csv) containing all contingents matching your current filters — not just the current page.
