Step-by-step guide:
Log in to your account on the Flatpay Portal.
Look at the menu bar on the left side of your screen and click on the "Payouts" (Udbetalinger) tab.
Select your desired time period to filter the data you want to view.
Understanding Your Payout Overview Once you have selected your time period, the dashboard will display a detailed breakdown of your funds, including:
Total Revenue (Totalomsætning): Your gross sales before any deductions.
Net Revenue (Nettoomsætning): Your sales after refunds or other adjustments.
Transaction Fee (Transaktionsgebyr): The fees associated with processing your transactions.
Net Payout (Nettoudbetaling): The final amount that will be transferred to your bank account.
Exporting Your Reports For your accounting and record-keeping needs, you can easily download this data. Simply click the export button to download your report as either a PDF or an Excel file.
