Auto Pay allows you to schedule recurring, pre-authorized payments using a saved payment method, such as a credit card, ACH, or SEPA (where supported).
Once set up, your account is funded automatically based on the amount and frequency you select, reducing the need for manual top-ups.
How it works
When Auto Pay is on:
Your selected payment method is charged automatically based on the amount and schedule you set
Payments run weekly or monthly
Funds are added to your account once the payment is successful
Once it’s set, no further action is needed. If a payment fails, funds won’t be added to your account.
Set up Auto Pay
To enable Auto Pay:
Go to Advertiser Tools and select the account.
Navigate to the Payments tab.
Add a new payment method or choose an existing one under the Auto Pay section.
Enter the amount for each cycle. The currency depends on your payment method:
Credit Card: uses the account currency set
ACH: uses USD
SEPA Debit: uses EUR
Choose how often you want to pay (weekly or monthly frequency).
Hit Submit to activate auto pay.
Once it’s set, your account will be funded automatically.
Update or remove Auto Pay
Go to Advertiser Tools > Payments.
Click the three dots (…) next to your saved payment method.
Select the option to remove the Auto Pay settings.
Changes will apply to future billing cycles.
Good to know
Auto Pay is only available for supported payment methods.
Make sure your payment method stays valid and has enough funds.
If a payment fails and your balance reaches zero, your campaigns may pause.
