How do I enable the rating notification? 

You will have to do it in three spots: (currently only 2 of the 3 will work as we have yet to release our Customer App)

For Email:
Go to Settings > Notifications > Emails > Customer Tab > Scroll down until you see "Rate Us" > If it is green and says "Enabled" then it is now enabled, if it is red and says "Disabled" then it is disabled and will not send to the customer. 

For SMS:
Go to Settings > Notifications > SMS > Customer Tab > Scroll down until you see "Rate Us" > If it is green and says "Enabled" then it is now enabled, if it is red and says "Disabled" then it is disabled and will not send to the customer. 

For App: (We have not yet released the Customer App so these will not send even if enabled)
Go to Settings > Notifications > App Notifications > Customer Tab > Scroll down until you see "Rate Us" > If it is green and says "Enabled" then it is now enabled, if it is red and says "Disabled" then it is disabled and will not send to the customer. 

Can I rate a booking for my customer, if so, how?

Yes, you can rate a booking for a customer. You can do so in a few ways. By going to any place that shows the completed booking (job history, customer profile, provider profile) and clicking on the amount of stars that the customer would like you to rate the booking. 

How do I reset a rating? 

To reset a rating go to Bookings > Job History > Find the rating which you would like to reset for the customer > Find the clock with the arrow around it icon under the star rating and click that > A pop-up will appear asking "Are you sure you want to reset the rating?" click "Yes" > Now the stars will be grey and you can re-rate the booking.
