Step 1
Tap the "Forgot passcode" on the login screen.
If you entered your passcode incorrectly 5 times, you'll be redirected to the password screen to login to the app.
Step 2
Enter your Bookipay account password and tap the "Reset passcode" button.
Step 3
Enter your new passcode.
Step 4
Re-enter your new passcode to confirm reset.
Step 5
Tap the "Done" button and you'll be taken back to the home screen.
