The password is used to log in to the mobile app. You will rarely need to enter your password because the app will normally be running in the background of your smart device.

The passcode is a four-digit PIN and is an added-security feature that you enable inside the app when you first sign up. Enabling the passcode will require you to enter it whenever you access the app should you have trouble with your biometrics access, and provides extra protection and security for your Bookipay account against unauthorized access when your smart device is unlocked.
