How to report an unauthorised EFT

You may contact us with questions concerning EFTs that occur on your account. For card related transactions, contact us at 1-833-333-0417; for all other transactions call us at the phone number or email at support@bookipay.com. You may also contact us using the methods above to report suspected errors or unauthorized EFTs.

Be sure to contact us immediately if you believe that an error or unauthorized EFT has occurred or may occur concerning your Account, or if your account, debit card, or Online Banking Services login credentials have been lost, stolen or compromised.

You must contact us no later than thirty (30) days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the error or unauthorized EFT appeared. You must provide us with the following information:

1. Your name and account number.

2. A description of the error or the EFT you are unsure about and a clear explanation of why you believe it is an error or why you need more information.

3. The dollar amount of the suspected error.

If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing by email within ten (10) business days.

After receiving your notice of error or unauthorized EFT, we will investigate and provide you with the results and any corrections we make to your account within a commercially reasonable time.
