How to customise your invoice and other documents
If you're subscribed to the Bookipi Invoice Starter or Professional plan, you can personalise your invoice and other documents to create a more professional appearance that aligns with your company branding.
Learn how to customise your invoices and documents in Bookipi Invoice Web v2 with this guide.
Step 1: Create or open an invoice.
Click ‘Invoice’ on your dashboard or select a document category. You can either create a new document, or open the one you previously created.
Step 2: Fill in the details and check the information.
Enter all the details and check all the information.
Step 3: Click ‘Continue’ or ‘Update’.
If you have created a new document, click ‘Continue’ to generate it.
If you have opened a previously created document, click 'Update' even if you haven't made any changes.
Step 4: Customise your document.
Choose a font, text size, and color that align with your company from the options in the right panel.
You can also select a custom color by clicking the rainbow color wheel and entering the hex code that matches your branding in the provided field.
Step 5: Click ‘Send’.
Click ‘Send’ to send your invoice or other documents to your customer with the new template. You can also download or print your document with the updated template.
Step 6: (Optional) Switch to the old template.
If you want to return to the old template, scroll down on the right panel and click ‘Back to old template’.
Document customisation is available only with a subscription. If you are not subscribed, you won't be able to send, print, or download the invoice or other documents using the new template.
