How to customize your invoice and other documents on the Web app
If you're subscribed to the Bookipi Invoice Starter or Professional plan, you can personalize your invoice and other documents to create a more professional appearance that aligns with your company branding.
Additionally, you can change the displayed email or make your company name appear as the sender for more enhanced customization.

Step 1: Create or open an invoice.
Click ‘Invoice’ on your dashboard or select a document category. You can either create a new document, or open the one you previously created.
Step 2: Fill in the details and check the information.
Enter all the details and check all the information.
Step 3: Click ‘Continue’ or ‘Save changes’.
If you’re creating a new document, click ‘Continue’ to generate a new invoice. If you’re editing an existing invoice, click ‘Save changes’ to save your updates.
Step 4: Customize your document.
In the invoice preview, go to the ‘Customize’ section at the top of the right-hand panel. From there, you can personalize your invoice by selecting a font, text size, and color that match your company’s branding.
Step 5: Click ‘Send’.
Click ‘Send’ to send your invoice or other documents to your customer with the new template. You can also download or print your document with the updated template.
Document customization is available only with a subscription. If you are not subscribed, you won't be able to send, print, or download the invoice or other documents using the new template. Free plan users can only preview customizations but cannot save, print, or send customized invoices.
