How to delete a Proposal AI
Learn how to delete a Proposal AI on the Web App with these simple steps.
Please note that you can no longer recover the Proposal once you have deleted it since there is currently no Trash feature on the Web App.
Step 1: Select ‘Proposal AI'.
Click on ‘Proposal AI’ either in the Dashboard menu or in the left-hand panel of the screen to access the Proposal feature.
Step 2: Choose the Proposal AI.
Select the Proposal AI you want to delete.
Step 3: Select the three dots.
Click the three dots in the right corner to open the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Select 'Delete'.
Click 'Delete' to delete the Proposal AI.
Step 5: Confirm Deletion.
Click the ‘Delete’ button again to confirm the deletion of the Proposal AI.
Your Proposal AI has now been deleted.

Q: Can I recover a deleted Proposal AI?
No, once a Proposal AI is deleted, it cannot be recovered because the Web App does not currently have a Trash or recovery feature.
Q: Can I delete multiple Proposals at once?
Currently, Proposals must be deleted individually. Bulk deletion is not yet supported.
Q: Is there a way to archive a Proposal AI instead of deleting it?
At this time, the Web App does not offer an archive feature for Proposal AI. Deletion is permanent.
Q: Does deleting a Proposal AI remove its data from reports?
Yes, deleting a Proposal AI will remove its data from any reports or records associated with your account.
Q: Can I use Bookipi proposals on the mobile app?
The Bookipi Proposal feature is currently only accessible through the web version and is not available in the mobile app.
