How to Export a Transactions Report (CSV) Using the Web App
Bookipi allows you to export your transaction history as a CSV file from the Cashflow section. This makes it easy to review, share, or analyze your financial records in spreadsheet applications. This guide walks you through exporting transaction data from the Overview page.
Step 1: Open Cashflow
From the left-hand navigation menu, click 'Cashflow'.
Go to the 'Overview' Page
Step 2: Locate the Transactions Section
Scroll down to the Transactions section.
Select 'Last 12 months' to define the date range for your export. Bookipi also offers several preset options, such as 'Last 30 days' or 'This month', to help you quickly filter your data.
Or you can select 'Custom' to specify your own start and end dates. Use the 'Custom' option if you want to export transactions for a specific period that isn't covered by the preset date ranges.
Step 3: Customize the Date Range
To select a start and end date, click the < and > arrows to navigate through the calendar.
Once selected, click 'Apply' to confirm.
Step 6: Export Your Transactions
After customizing the date range, click the Export icon to generate a CSV file.
Finally, click 'Export CSV' to export the (.csv) file.
Your CSV file has been successfully saved to your device. To access and review the report, navigate to your device’s drive and open the folder where downloaded files are stored.
Depending on your browser or device settings, the file will typically be located in your Downloads folder. However, if you selected a different save location when downloading, you can find it in that specific folder instead.
