How to export an Expense report in CSV using the Web app

You can follow these simple steps to export your expense data from the Expenses page in CSV format.

Step 1: Navigate to Cashflow

On the navigation bar, click the ellipsis (⋯) button to open additional options.

On the options, click 'Cashflow'.

Step 2: Access the Expenses Overview

Ensure you're on the 'Expenses' overview page to view your expense list and key metrics.

Step 3: Customize the Date Range

To customize your report, click the ‘Last 12 months’ option to adjust the date range included in the report.

Step 4: Choose Your Preferred Date Range

On the options, you can select ‘Last 30 days’, ‘This month’, ‘Last 12 months’, or ‘Custom’ (for a specific period).

Step 5: Set the Date Range

To set your preferred dates on the report, you can select the 'Custom' option.

To select a start and end date, click the < and > arrows to navigate through the calendar.

Once selected, click 'Apply' to confirm.

Step 6: Export the Data

After customizing the date range, locate the export icon button and click on it to prepare the data for export.

Step 7: Download the CSV File

Finally, click 'Export CSV' to generate and download your expense report.

Your CSV file is now saved on your device. Navigate to your device’s drive to access and review the report.
