How to create a deal in Bookipi CRM
Follow the simple steps below to learn how to create a deal in Bookipi CRM.
Step 1: Go to ‘CRM’
Click ‘CRM’ in the left-hand panel.
Make sure you are in the ‘Deals’ section.
Step 2: Create a new deal
Click ‘+ New Deal’ in the top-right corner to start creating a new deal.
Alternatively, click ‘+ Create a deal’ in the Pipeline column where you want to add your deal or project.
Step 3: Add a deal title
Enter your deal name in the Title field.
Step 4: (Optional) Add a description
Enter additional details about your deal in the Add description field.
Step 5: Select a customer
Click ‘Select customer’ to add a customer to your deal.
Step 6: (Optional) Add a budget and due date
Click the ‘Value’ button to add a budget for your deal and the ‘Due’ button to set a due date if needed.
Step 7: Create your deal
Click ‘Create’ to save and add your new deal to the Pipeline.
Your new project has been added to your Bookipi CRM.
Your customer’s documents will be synced to the project. However, if the customer has multiple projects, you can reassign the invoice to a different project as needed.
Tip: If your newly created deal doesn't appear in the Pipeline right away, refresh the page to update the view.
