How to customize the Pipeline statuses in Bookipi CRM

Follow these simple steps to customize the Pipeline statuses in Bookipi CRM.

Step 1: Select 'CRM' on the Dashboard.

Click on 'CRM' in the left-hand panel of your screen.

Step 2: Select a Pipeline status in CRM.

Choose the status you want to edit or modify under the 'Pipeline' tab.

Step 3: Click the three ellipses on the status.

Hover your mouse over the status you want to edit until the three ellipses appear.

Step 4: Click the 'Edit' button.

Choose 'Edit' to edit the Pipeline status.

Step 5: Rename the status if needed.

Type in the new status name you want to use.

Step 6: Choose a new color for the status (optional).

Click on your preferred color for the status.

Step 7: Click 'Save' to apply the changes.
