How to archive a project in Bookipi CRM
Step 1: Select 'CRM' on the Dashboard.
Click on 'CRM' in the left-hand panel of your screen.
Step 2: Select the project you want to archive.
Choose the project you want to archive and hover your mouse over it.
Step 3: Click the three ellipses on the project.
Click the three ellipses button to open the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Choose the 'Archive' button.
Click the 'Archive' button to archive the project.
Your project has now been successfully archived in your Bookipi CRM.
How to unarchive a project in Bookipi CRM
Step 1: Select 'CRM' on the Dashboard.
Click on 'CRM' in the left-hand panel of your screen.
Step 2: Go to the Archive folder.
Click the ‘Archive’ button to open the archive folder.
Step 3: Click the three ellipses on the project.
Hover your mouse over the project you want to unarchive until the three ellipses appears.
Step 4: Choose the 'Unarchive' button.
Click the 'Unarchive' button to unarchive the project.
Your project has now been successfully archived in your Bookipi CRM.
