How to send an email in Bookipi CRM

Learn how to send an email in Bookipi CRM by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Select 'CRM' on the Dashboard.

Click on 'CRM' in the left-hand panel of your screen.

Step 2: Click the 'Email' button.

Click the ‘Email’ button below the name of the customer you want to email.

Step 3: Enter the subject line of the email.

Enter the subject line for your email.

Step 4: Compose your email.

Type the email you want to send to your customer.

Please note that you can customize your email text by making it bold, italic, underlined, or strikethrough.

Step 5: Toggle the 'Send me a copy' box (optional).

Click the 'Send me a copy' box if you want to receive a copy of your email.

Step 6: Enter another email address to CC (optional).

You can CC another email address if needed.

Step 7: Click the 'Send' button.

Select 'Send' to send the email to the customer.

Your email has been successfully sent to your customer. You can click the ‘Compose’ button if you want to send another email.

Your email history with the customer will be synced in CRM for easy access anytime. You can view the customer's reply through the following options:

Click the customer's name and open the email under the project.

You can also access it through 'All activities' and then clicking 'Replies'.
