How to delete a Pipeline status in Bookipi CRM
Learn how to delete a Pipeline status in Bookipi CRM with the simple steps below.
Please note that the default Pipeline statuses in Bookipi CRM cannot be deleted. However, you can delete any custom statuses you have created.
Step 1: Select 'CRM' on the Dashboard.
Click on 'CRM' in the left-hand panel of your screen.
Step 2: Select a Pipeline status in CRM.
Choose the Pipeline status you want to delete.
Step 3: Click the three ellipses.
Hover your mouse over the Pipeline status to see the three ellipses.
Step 4: Click ‘Delete’ from the drop-down menu.
Select ‘Delete’ to remove the Pipeline status from the CRM.
You cannot delete a Pipeline status if it contains a project. Please move all projects to another status before deleting a custom Pipeline status.
