How to view your call history in Bookipi AI Receptionist
In this article, you will learn how to navigate on your AI Receptionist dashboard and check for:
To begin, click on ‘Receptionist’ in the left panel of your Bookipi dashboard.
Call History
The AI Receptionist dashboard provides access to your call history, where you can review detailed information about each caller.
Name of the caller (if captured)
Request (Callback, Follow up, Scheduling, None)
Phone number
Status (Busy if the call is still on going, or Completed)
Call Date
Call Time
Duration
Call Logs
To access your call logs, select any call to view its detailed information.
In the ‘Overview’ tab, you’ll see the following details:
Caller information (same as in Call History)
Audio recording of the call
Summary of the call
In the ‘Transcript’ tab, you can view the full text record of the call conversation.
