Cancellation Guidelines
If you subscribed to Bookipi via your mobile device, here's how to cancel based on your platform:
For iPhone / iPad (iOS)
If you subscribed through the App Store, you must cancel via your Apple ID settings:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
Tap Subscriptions.
Find the Bookipi (Invoice Maker App Bookipi) subscription.
Tap it and then tap Cancel Subscription.
If you don’t see a cancel option, it’s likely already cancelled.
For Android (via Google Play)
If your subscription was through Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap the menu icon (☰).
Select Subscriptions.
Locate Bookipi (may appear as "Free Invoice Maker App — Bookipi").
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow prompts.
Cancelling via Bookipi Web
If you happen to have subscribed via the web, you can cancel there too:
Log in at bookipi.com.
Click your user icon (lower left) → Settings.
Navigate to Subscription.
Click Manage → Back to Free Plan.
Option to Reactivate if cancelled by mistake.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically initiate a refund. Unless a refund is requested, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed directly by Apple. As developers, we do not have access to Apple’s billing system, so all refund requests must be submitted to Apple for review and processing.
How to Request a Refund:
Option 1:
Sign in with your Apple ID (the one you used to make the purchase).
Locate the purchase you want a refund for.
Tap on "Report a Problem" next to the item.
Choose a reason for the refund request.
Tap Next, and follow the instructions to submit your request.
Option 2: From the App Store App
While the App Store app doesn’t directly let you request refunds, you can do this:
Open the App Store app.
Tap your profile icon (top right).
Tap "Purchased" → find the app or subscription.
Tap it, and scroll down to "Report a Problem" (if available—it may redirect you to a browser).
Continue through the browser as shown in Option 1.

Apple makes the final decision, not the app provider.
Refunds are not guaranteed as Apple reviews the request.
Most requests are processed in 24–48 hours.
You’ll get an email with the outcome of the refund request.
Google Play Store (Android)
