How to set up a Recurring Invoice in the Bookipi Mobile App
The Recurring Invoice feature in the Bookipi Mobile App lets you automatically generate invoices at set intervals. This guide shows you how to create a new recurring invoice and send it to your client directly from the app.
Step 1: Create an invoice
Tap the blue ‘+’ button in the lower right corner of your screen to create a new invoice.
Step 2: Enter invoice details
Enter the relevant details, such as the customer’s name and invoice items.
Step 3: Set recurrence
Scroll down to the Others section, and tap ‘Recurrence’.
Choose the recurrence interval and select the date when the recurrence should start.
Tap 'Save' to save the recurrence setting.
After selection, you will see a recurring icon appear, confirming the invoice is set to recur.
Step 4: Save the invoice
Tap ‘Save’ to finish creating the invoice.
Step 5: Send the invoice
Tap ‘Send’ to proceed.
Select your preferred sending method: 'Send email' (directly from the app), 'WhatsApp', or another available option.
Then, tap 'Send' to finalize and send the invoice to your client.
The invoice you scheduled to recur has been successfully sent according to the selected recurrence settings.
A recurring icon is displayed below the invoice number to indicate its recurring status.
