Understanding Invoicing with Bookipi Plans and Changing Subscriptions

Bookipi offers different subscription plans, each tailored to specific user needs. If you’re looking for invoicing features, it’s important to understand the capabilities of each plan and the process for switching plans if necessary. Below, we clarify these details to ensure you can choose the plan that best suits your needs.

Invoicing Features Across Bookipi Plans

If you’ve upgraded to the Website Builder or AI Receptionist plans but are unable to create more invoices, it’s essential to note that these plans do not include unlimited invoicing. This feature is only available with the two dedicated invoicing plans:

  • Starter Plan

  • Professional Plan

To enjoy unlimited invoicing, it’s recommended to subscribe to one of these invoicing plans instead of the Website Builder or AI Receptionist plans.

Switching Subscription Plans

In scenarios where you’ve already subscribed to the Website Builder or AI Receptionist plans but wish to switch to an invoicing plan, direct plan transfers are not currently supported. Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your Add-ons Plan: Cancel your Add-ons Plan (Website Builder or AI Receptionist).

  2. Subscribe to an Invoicing Plan: Choose either the Starter or Professional plan based on your invoicing needs.
