How to Invite Team Members to Your Bookipi Account (Web App)
Bookipi’s multi-user feature allows you to securely share access to your account with team members, accountants, or other collaborators. Follow the steps below to invite users and manage access permissions.
Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Team Members
Step 1: Open Settings
Click on your profile icon in the lower-left corner of the page.
Select 'Settings'.
Note: If you manage multiple companies, ensure you have selected the correct company before inviting teammates.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Teammates' Tab
Click the Teammates tab.
Step 3: Invite a Teammate
Click '+ Invite new teammates'.
Enter the teammate's email address. To invite multiple teammates at once, enter multiple email addresses separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks.
Click 'Invite'.
Step 4: Have Your Teammate Accept the Invitation
Once the invitation has been sent, your teammate will need to complete the following steps:
Open the invitation email sent.
Click 'Join' to begin the setup process.
Create a password for their new account.
Complete the account setup by providing the required information.
Review their details and click 'Confirm details'.
Your teammate will now have access to the company and can start collaborating with your team.
Note: If your teammate cannot find the invitation email, ask them to check their Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
What Invited Users Can Do
Invited users can help manage invoices by viewing and accessing account data.
They cannot update subscription details, ensuring only the primary account holder can make billing-related changes.
If there are payment issues, users will receive notifications to alert the account owner.
