How to Invite Team Members to Your Bookipi Account (Web App)

Bookipi allows you to share access to your account with team members or accountants using its multi-user functionality. This guide explains how to invite others and set their roles.

Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Team Members

Step 1: Sign in to your Bookipi account

Open a browser and go to https://bookipi.com/, click 'Log in', and enter your account credentials.

Step 2: Open Account Settings

On the bottom-left of the page, click your business icon (or profile/business avatar).

From the menu, select Settings.

Step 3: Access Teammates

In Settings, go to the Teammates tab. This opens the team management area, where you can view current members and invites.

Step 4: Invite a user by email

Click '+ Invite new teammate'.

Enter your team's email address in the email invitation field, and then click 'Invite' to send the invitation email.

After the invite is sent, the invited user will receive an email with instructions to accept the invite and set up their account. Once they accept, their name and role will appear in your Team Members list.

What Invited Users Can Do

  • Invited users can help manage invoices by viewing and accessing account data.

  • They cannot update subscription details, ensuring only the primary account holder can make billing-related changes.

  • If there are payment issues, users will receive notifications to alert the account owner.
