How to subscribe to the AI Receptionist
Follow this simple guide to learn how to subscribe through two options:
From your account settings
Step 1: Click on your user icon.
Click on your user icon in the lower left corner of your dashboard.
Step 2: Click ‘Settings’.
Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down options.
Step 3: Select the 'Subscription' tab.
Select the 'Subscription' tab.
Step 4: Go to the AI Receptionist under the Add-ons section.
Scroll down to the Add-ons section and locate the AI Receptionist.
Step 5: Click ‘Starts 2-month free trial’.
Click the ‘Starts 2-month free trial’ button to begin the setup process.
Step 6: Click ‘Start free trial’.
A confirmation window will appear. Click ‘Start free trial’ to proceed.
Step 7: Enter your card details.
Enter your payment card information to verify your account.
Step 8: Click the ‘Start 2-months free trial’.
Finally, click ‘Start 2-months free trial’ to activate your trial. You’ll receive a confirmation once your free trial has successfully started.
From your AI Receptionist dashboard
Step 1: Click ‘Receptionist’.
Click on ‘Receptionist’ on the left panel of your dashboard.
Step 2: Click ‘Publish’.
Click ‘Publish’ in the top right of the page to launch your AI receptionist.
Step 3: Click ‘Start free trial’.
A confirmation window will appear. Click ‘Start free trial’ to proceed.
Step 4: Enter your card details.
Enter your payment card information to verify your account.
Step 5: Click the ‘Start 2-months free trial’.
Click ‘Start 2-months free trial’ to activate your trial. You’ll receive a confirmation once your free trial has successfully started.

Q: How much is the AI Receptionist plan?
A: The AI Receptionist subscription is priced at $199.99 USD per month. You don’t need to commit right away! Start with a 2-month free trial and explore everything AI Receptionist has to offer.
Q: What’s included in the AI Receptionist plan?
A: It includes 24/7 call handling and 500 incoming calls per month. Calls must last between 15 seconds and 4 minutes to count as one call; calls shorter than 15 seconds are not counted and do not reduce your usage, but for every additional minute beyond the initial 4 minutes, an extra call is counted; call credit is applied in 4-minute increments.
You’ll also get a dedicated phone number, call history, transcripts and summaries, notification options, and the ability to enable other features that suit your needs, making it a perfect way to save time, enhance customer service, and support your business!
Q: Does the AI Receptionist plan include access to Unlimited Invoicing or the Website Builder?
A: Subscribing to AI Receptionist does not include other paid features in Bookipi, such as unlimited invoicing or the website builder tool. A separate subscription is required for each plan.
Q: Do you offer a yearly option for the AI Receptionist plan?
A: Currently, the AI Receptionist plan is only available on a monthly basis. A yearly subscription is not offered at this time.
