How to cancel the subscription for AI Receptionist
Learn how to cancel your AI Receptionist subscription in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Click on your user icon.
Click on your user icon in the lower left corner of your dashboard.
Step 2: Click ‘Settings’.
Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down options.
Step 3: Select the 'Subscription' tab.
Select the 'Subscription' tab.
Step 4: Click ‘Manage’.
Select the ‘Manage’ button to view your current subscriptions.
Step 5: Select the ‘Monthly’ tab.
Make sure the ‘Monthly’ tab is selected, then scroll down to the Add-ons section.
Step 6: Go to the Add-ons section.
Scroll down to the Add-ons section. Then, place your mouse over your AI Receptionist subscription, and an ellipsis button will appear.
Step 7: Click on the ‘Cancel add-on’ button.
Click the ellipsis button and click on the ‘Cancel add-on’ button.
Step 8: Confirm your cancellation.
To confirm the cancellation of your subscription, check the box acknowledging that you will lose all premium AI Receptionist features such as the deactivation of your phone number and the deletion of your call history and recordings. Then, click the ‘Cancel add-on’ button.
Step 9: Select a reason for your cancellation.
Your feedback is important to us. Select a reason for your cancellation in the survey so we can identify areas for improvement and enhance our service for you and other users, then click ‘Done’.
Your AI Receptionist plan has now been canceled.
An email notification confirming your AI Receptionist plan cancellation will also be sent.
If you mistakenly canceled your subscription or wish to resubscribe before it expires, you can just click ‘Reactivate’ to subscribe again.

Q: Does my subscription auto-renew?
A: Yes. Like all other Bookipi plans, the AI Receptionist subscription auto-renews. To avoid unexpected charges, please cancel before the start of your renewal period if you do not wish to continue.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
A: Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Q: Can I transfer my AI Receptionist payment to another Bookipi plan if I want to discontinue it?
A: No. Each service in our app requires a separate subscription. Payments for the AI Receptionist cannot be transferred. If you wish to use another service, you must cancel your AI Receptionist subscription and subscribe to the other plan separately.
