How to view and understand your call statistics in Bookipi AI Receptionist

In this article, you’ll learn how to monitor and understand your receptionist’s call activity and performance metrics.

To begin, click ‘Receptionist’ from the left panel of your Bookipi web dashboard.

The Call Stats section in your Receptionist dashboard provides an overview of your call metrics. It shows the total number of calls received, as well as the number of calls for each request type.

  • Number of Calls – The total number of calls received during the selected period.

  • Callback – Calls where the caller requested someone to return their call.

  • Follow Up – Calls that require additional information or further action after the conversation.

  • Scheduling – Calls where the caller requested to book an appointment through the Scheduler.

  • Informational – Calls that only required information and did not need any further action.

By default, the stats are set to 'Today' so you can see the most recent activity immediately. If you’d like to view data from a different period, simply click the time period dropdown on the far-right side of the section and choose your desired date range.
