Understanding your call analytics in Bookipi AI Receptionist

From the dashboard of your AI Receptionist, you can easily access your call analytics, giving you valuable insights into call volume and customer interactions helping you make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and enhance customer service.

Under the Call stats section, you can view the following metrics:

  • Number of Calls – Displays the total number of calls received during the selected period.
    ​

  • Callback – Shows the number of callers who explicitly requested a return call.
    ​

  • Follow up – Indicates calls that require further action or information. You need to follow up with these callers.
    ​

  • Scheduling – Displays the number of callers requesting to book an appointment through the Scheduler.
    ​

  • Informational – Shows calls that are purely informational and do not require any follow-up action.
    ​

By default, the stats are set to 'Today' so you can see the most recent activity immediately. This makes it easy to track trends or review performance over different time frames.

You can also filter the call statistics by time period. Simply click the drop-down menu in the far-right corner and choose from 'Today', 'Yesterday', 'Last 7 days', 'Last 30 days', 'Last 60 days', 'Last 90 days', or 'All' to view data for the desired period.
