Use this step-by-step guide to create, customize, share, and present an AI-generated presentation in the web app. Follow the instructions below for a smooth and easy workflow.

Open the web app in your browser, and click 'Log in' and enter your credentials.

From the left-hand sidebar menu, click 'Presentation'.

The AI Presentation & Proposal dashboard will load.

Locate the central input box under the heading What's your idea?.

Type a clear, specific description of what you need. The more detail you provide, the better the AI output.

Example prompt: A marketing pitch deck for an affordable plumbing service.

Click the 'Next' button to begin building your presentation.

Pick the option that best matches your goal.

Fill in the content for the prompts displayed. These help the AI better understand your objectives and audience.

Once finished, click 'Next'.

Select a visual or layout style from the options provided.

Pick the tone that best matches your brand (e.g., Professional, Friendly, Playful).

The AI will generate slides based on the details provided.

Your generated presentation will appear in the editor. Browse the slides and review the content.

Click the link icon to share the presentation. You can also use the email option to send it directly or download a PDF copy.

Click the play button to start presenting in full-screen or presenter view.

Presentation AI allows you to customize your experience with optional add-ons. These additional features can help you tailor the setup to your specific preferences. Browse through the list of add-ons, consider what each one offers, and choose any that you’d like to enable. If you prefer to keep things simple, you can skip this step.

Click the + (plus) button to add a slide with a prompt or add a slide with a template. Use prompts to instruct the AI to create additional content for the new slide.

Click the color palette icon to change theme colors, update font styles, or change the background.

Click the settings icon (⚙︎) and toggle page numbers to display slide numbers.

Hover over the title in the upper-left corner and click the pen (edit) icon to rename your presentation title.

Type a more specific name (e.g., "Plumbing Services, a Small Business Pitch") and press Enter to save.

You can navigate back to your dashboard by selecting the left arrow in the upper-left corner of the screen.

A: Make sure you’re using the web app. This feature is currently available only on the web and not in the mobile app.
