Whether you’re struggling to start a presentation or need to organize complex ideas quickly, this tool streamlines the entire process. Instead of building slides from scratch, the AI provides three powerful options to generate a fully-formed presentation/proposal in seconds, helping you save time, stay focused, and deliver polished results with minimal effort. With Bookipi, even the most challenging proposals or presentations become easy to produce, ensuring your content is both impactful and professional.

Open the web app in your browser, and click 'Log in' and enter your credentials.

Navigate to the 'Presentation' on the left-hand sidebar. Once you are on the AI Presentation & Proposal dashboard, you can choose the method that best fits your current needs.

This is the fastest and most flexible option, perfect for when you have a specific concept, project, or pitch in mind. The AI will write the entire deck structure, content, and suggested visuals based on your input.

How it works: Locate the main text box under the heading "What's your idea?".

Type in a detailed prompt describing the presentation you need (e.g., “A marketing pitch deck for an affordable plumbing service, including our services, pricing, customer benefits, and why customers should choose us.”).

The more specific your prompt, the better the result. Include the audience, purpose, and key topics for the highest quality initial draft.

If you know the type of document you need but don't want to type a long prompt, the category buttons offer structured starting points.

How it works: Below the main idea box, you will see buttons such as Business Proposal, Pitch Deck, Sales Proposal Deck, etc.

Clicking one of these buttons instantly generates an idea and then a multi-slide presentation or proposal with a foundational, industry-standard structure.

This option is for users who want to generate a Proposal. If you want a specific aesthetic or layout, you can browse professionally designed templates.

How it works: Scroll down the AI Presentation & Proposal dashboard to the 'Start from templates' section. You can browse the visual previews of various designs.

Click on a template to load the design. The template will include placeholder content and a unique visual theme, which you can then customize with your own idea and data, and generate it with the help of AI.

After choosing any of these three starting points, you will be taken to the full editor where you can refine, add, delete, and customize every aspect of your new, AI-generated presentation and proposal.
