Customize the data your AI Receptionist collects. Follow these easy steps to set up and personalize your AI Receptionist’s data collection.
Step 1: Click ‘Receptionist’
Click ‘Receptionist’ from the left panel of your dashboard.
Step 2: Access the editor
Click ‘Edit’ on the upper right of your dashboard.
Step 3: Select ‘Actions’
Choose ‘Actions’ section from the available options.
Step 4: Open data collection
Click the ‘Data Collection’ tab.
Step 5: Create a new data field
Click ‘+ Create a new field’ to add a new field.
Step 6: Enter the details and save
Define the information you want to gather from customers, and your receptionist will collect it during calls, and click ‘Save’ to store the data.
Step 7: Proceed to the next step
Click ‘Save and test’ in the upper-right corner to move on to testing your AI Receptionist.
Step 8: Test your receptionist
Click ‘Call’ to start a test conversation.
Step 9: Publish your receptionist
When you're ready, click ‘Publish’ in the top right of the page to launch your AI receptionist.
Step 11: Confirm to publish
Select ‘Publish’ to confirm and go live with your updated AI receptionist.
