How to customize data collection in your Bookipi AI Receptionist

Customize the data your AI Receptionist collects. Follow these easy steps to set up and personalize your AI Receptionist’s data collection.

Step 1: Click ‘Receptionist’.

On the left panel of your dashboard, click ‘Receptionist’.

Step 2: Click ‘Edit’.

Click ‘Edit’ on the upper right of your dashboard.

Step 3: Select ‘Actions’.

Select the ‘Actions’ section from the available options.

Step 4: Choose ‘Data Collection’.

Click the ‘Data Collection’ tab.

Step 5: Create a new data field.

Click ‘+ Create a new field’ to add a new field.

Step 6: Enter the details.

Define the information you want to gather from customers, and your receptionist will collect it during calls.

Step 7: Save the information.

Click ‘Save’ to store the data.

Step 8: Proceed to the next step.

Click ‘Next’ in the upper-right corner to move on to testing your AI Receptionist.

Step 9: Test your receptionist.

Click ‘Call’ to start a test conversation.

Step 10: Click ‘Publish’.

When you're ready, click ‘Publish’ in the top right of the page to launch your AI receptionist.

Step 11: Confirm to publish.

Select ‘Publish’ to confirm and go live with your updated AI receptionist.
