Bookipi Scheduler: Subscription plans, usage limits, and upgrades
The Bookipi Scheduler helps you automate meeting bookings and generate AI-powered meeting summaries. It includes a free plan with limited bot minutes and an option to upgrade to Pro to unlock more meeting time and advanced AI features.
This guide explains how the plans work, what features are included, and how to upgrade your subscription.
Bookipi Scheduler includes two plans:
Free Plan
The Free Plan is designed for individuals who want to automate scheduling and try the AI meeting assistant.
Included features:
300 AI meeting bot minutes per month
Booking links for scheduling meetings
Availability management
Google Calendar sync
AI meeting summaries
Usage limit
Once you reach 300 bot minutes, the meeting bot will stop joining new meetings until:
Your minutes reset the following month, or
You upgrade to the Pro plan
You can still schedule meetings, but the AI meeting bot will not join.
Pro Plan – $17.99 USD/month
The Pro Plan unlocks additional minutes and advanced AI tools.
Included features:
1,200 AI meeting bot minutes per month
AI meeting transcription
AI meeting summaries
Video recording
AI Email Assistant
All scheduling features are included in the Free plan
This plan is ideal for frequent meetings, client calls, and teams who want AI-generated follow-ups and recordings.
How to Upgrade to Pro
You can upgrade anytime directly from the Scheduler page.
Steps:
Log in to your Bookipi web account: https://bookipi.com/.
Navigate to Scheduler on the left side panel of your dashboard.
Click the 'Upgrade' button in the upper right corner of the Scheduler page.
Click 'Start 30-day free trial' and enter your payment details.
Confirm your subscription by clicking 'Upgrade' on the payment page.
Once payment is successful:
Your account will immediately switch to Pro
Your monthly allowance will increase to 1,200 bot minutes
Premium features will become available
You will also receive a subscription confirmation email.
Subscription Renewal
Your Pro subscription automatically renews every month. Each billing cycle includes:
Automatic payment processing
Monthly reset of your bot minutes
A renewal confirmation email
If payment fails, the system will retry the payment and notify you via email.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Pro plan anytime.
Steps to cancel
Log in to your Bookipi web account: https://bookipi.com/.
In the lower left corner, click on your business profile.
Go to 'Settings' and navigate to the 'Subscription' tab.
Click 'See all plans' on the subscription page.
Look for AI Meeting Assistant details.
Click 'Cancel Subscription'.
Confirm your cancellation.
You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email with all relevant details.
After cancellation:
Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing cycle
Your account will automatically switch back to the Free Plan

Q: What are bot minutes?
A: Bot minutes are the amount of time the AI meeting assistant spends inside meetings. Example: If a meeting lasts 20 minutes, 20 bot minutes are used.
Q: Do unused minutes roll over?
A: No. Unused minutes reset every month and do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Q: Can I still schedule meetings if I run out of minutes?
A: Yes. You can still schedule meetings, but the AI meeting bot will not join until your minutes reset or you upgrade.
Q: What happens if my payment fails?
If payment fails:
The system will retry the payment
You may receive a payment reminder email
If payment cannot be processed, your account may revert to the Free plan
