How to upgrade to the Pro plan in Bookipi Scheduler

Upgrading to the Pro Plan in Bookipi Scheduler allows you to increase your monthly AI meeting bot minutes and access additional premium features like video recording and the AI Email Assistant.

Learn how to upgrade your plan from the Scheduler page or through your account settings.

Scheduler page:

Step 1: Log in to your Bookipi account

Go to https://bookipi.com/ and log in to your account. Enter your email address in the login field, then click 'Continue'.

Enter your password and click 'Continue' to access your dashboard.

If you're already logged in to your account in your browser, click 'Dashboard' in the upper-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Open the 'Scheduler'

After logging in, click 'Scheduler' in the left-hand panel of your dashboard.

This opens the Scheduler page, where you can manage your meetings and subscription.

Step 3: Click the 'Upgrade' button

On the Scheduler page, look for the 'Upgrade' button in the upper-right corner of the screen. Click 'Upgrade' to view the Pro subscription option.

Step 4: Activate your subscription.

Click 'Start 30-day free trial' to proceed to the payment page.

Enter your payment details on the payment page. These are required to activate your trial and continue your subscription after the trial ends. When finished, click 'Upgrade' to confirm your subscription.

Once confirmed, your 30-day free trial will start immediately. You’ll get access to Pro features, and your account will include 1,200 AI Meeting Bot minutes per month. You’ll also receive a confirmation email for your subscription.

Step 1: Open your account settings

Click your 'business profile' in the lower-left corner of the dashboard.

Select 'Settings' from the menu options.

Step 2: Go to the Subscription tab

In the Settings page, navigate to the 'Subscription' tab.

Click 'See all plans' to view the available subscription options.

Step 3: Find the AI Meeting Assistant plan

Scroll up to locate the AI Meeting Assistant plan details. Click 'Add' to proceed to the payment page.

Step 4: Start your free trial

Enter your payment details on the payment page. Once completed, click 'Start Free Trial' to confirm your subscription.

Your 30-day free trial will begin immediately, and you will gain access to the AI Meeting Assistant features.
